WAIVE FEES
We only charge the straight 10% rate and will waive all bond posting, warrant posting and travel fees for any client with retained private counsel. We will even waive our reinstatement fee if the client misses his court date and checks in within 48 hours.
INTEREST FREE PAYMENT PLANS
We are quickly gaining ground with clients who appreciate the affordability of our service. We make payment plans for any clients who need them and attempt to reduce the up-front financial burden in posting a bond.
WALK-IN WARRANT SERVICE
If your client has an outstanding warrant and would like to spare themselves the frustration of trying to arrange bail inside of the jail, we can help. Our walk-in warrant service allows your client to come to our office and arrange bail to be posted with the court, sometimes without having to go through the booking process. In jurisdictions which require a self-surrender, we can often pre-arrange and expedite the process so the client can be booked and released immediately.
COURT UPDATES
We call all of our clients and remind them the day before their court date to ensure their timely appearance. We can also meet your staff our your client at the court if a bond is required the day of their appearance.
